After some time off to relax and regroup, (and a great end of season party) we
are getting ready for the upcoming season.
Weather it be personal training that each of us is doing, or the training camp
which is planned at the start of september.
In all of this, we do not forget to have fun, and are inviting everyone who loves rugby
and/or beer to join us in the opening celberation of the new season that will take place
in the "Nola Socks bar" in Neve sh'anan in haifa. We promise alot of great beer and a
surprise to those who come.

After almost defeating Yizrael in the sevens tournament,(28:26, you can read about it
on ma'ariv here), we are preparing ourselves for the cup finals that will take place in
kibbutz Yizrael
 Allthough Yizrael are reining champions
for the past 4 years and they are playing on their
home ground we are sure of ourselves and we
are coming to win

After winning the semi finals, we are preparing ourselves for the finals
which will be held in the same place at the same time next saturday(27.6.09).
Meanwhile we invite everyone (players and supporters alike) to come and join the annual 7's tournament which will take place in Kibbuts Yizreell
starting 10:00 in the morning.
There will be BBQ and drinks, inflatables (for the kinds) and allot of great rugby
see you there.
